XCHG is using Reg addressing . Direct addressing is different - it uses address in instructions. If only registers are there, it's only register addressing. Do not call it register direct. It's only register addressing

Hello sir can u help to define how to convert HEX code to BINARY code in programming if we have 0FFH so how we convert in binary

Logically Binary and Hex are same. For example if you write B =FFH it actually means B = 11111111 in binary. They are same. You can either call it Hex or Binary. You cannot convert Hex to Binary. Because they are same. We call using Hex for simplicity.
