Wen't to Frantzen in February, can't compare it to anything else I've ever... Every new dish was like the best thing I had ever eaten and the music and vibe of the restaurant is perfection ... Fine dinning done in a modern way both with food, music and service. Been to a lot of other Michelin stared restaurants before and been to a few after Frantzen but so far nothing comes even close...

I love your videos! It's super in-depth and exudes great production value! I would love to see a video at the end of this year about your personal favorite 2023 restaurant! It'd be interesting to see what you think.
Maybe as much as the food, I also enjoy seeing the interior design of the restaurant. That kitchen looked beautiful from the inside with the accents of wood combined with stone and copper, not to mention the lounge area and man that bbq pit looked amazing as well with the combination of warm bricks, metallic and the overlap of spruce.
Wow, loved it Alexander !! And the look on the face of the sommelier with the Krug 2000 ;-) !!! Hahaha !! Beautiful menu, definitely my style. Thanks !!! And looking forward to Hof van Cleve, as I have been there recently ...
I usually don't take reviews of restaurants too seriously when it seems like the reviewer has some affiliation, but I think it's completely different with 3 star restaurants. In a case where excellence is a standard, seeing how a "VIP" would be treated is a unique refrence and sets expectations in stone. Fluctuating expectations aren't tolerated in that industry so you know there isnt much room for subjectivity to be swayed by affiliation. That's why it's especially nice having a comparison in knowing your getting the best of service upon a visit, and what I think seperates your channel as an owner from the average reviewer.
Have been to Frantzen two times and are by no means anyone they know and his experience are exactly the same as the one I got. So you are right that at 3-star everyone are VIP.
Frantzen is still the best restaurant i have visit. It is pricey but so good. Next time you need to visit two star Aira. It is excellent. Good choice with the second growth Bordeaux, one of my favorite!
Wow. I enjoy learning about every restaurant you cover...maybe not the last two. But this one seems to be absolutely perfect. The vibe, the service, and of course the dishes blend beautifully together. Thank you so much!
Love your channel! Insightful and good videography. Being Swedish and loving food I visited Frantzén about 2 years ago and it was my best meal to date. I do believe their prices has increased about 40% since then :o, at that time I found it "worth its price", maybe also now?
When you exited the elevator it had the feeling of being in a friend's living room...bright, airy, and cozy. I loved the plating of the dishes and would love to try the onion and licorice course. Thanks for taking us along with you!
