Your new Defender is a love at first sight car, however, it has a total disconnect from the original Defender. Coupled with low profile tyres and the winch hanging from the back, this Defender is no more an offroad vehicle, in our humble opinion. You have embarked on a very long journey with good and bad roads ... for current vehicle, my recommendation would be to get tyres with higher side walls like 70 or 75. That would allow you to reduce tyre pressure while offroading. At the first available moment, move the winch to the front of the vehicle. This current placement is marvelous for onroad use, but will give you lots and lots of trouble during offroading. Installation at the rear of the vehicle does not give you much choice. However, at the front, there are various options. Plus, it also serves as a protection in case of front end collision, God Forbid. Give our love to your little Bubu.. he is a cute little thing. 😍
Great, at least you are doing off-roading with your beast, some people make them pavement princess. keep going, your vehicle is very capable, small tip, just check all the lower points of your defender and then proceed with obstacle, yo can do up to 45 degrees straight and down, 30 degree roll over angle.
