I'm new to Last Epoch, played a lot of the Diablo games and coming to this game seeing that crafting system was a little overwhelming. This video helped a lot with understanding how it works, thanks!
18:18 i wish that rune keep sealed affix to unique it become. Seems like it remove sealed affix thing and i believe that is huge big fat L for last epoch
if I have an item with an open suffix, can I add a specific mod if i have the shards or do i have to chance it with a rune of discovery? is there no specific way to add remove pre/suffixes? Either I'm not getting it at all, or the love for this system is brutally misplaced, looks like shit compared to PoE to me. Ive got all these shards, on open suffix, but it wont let me do anything to it, just use a rune of discovery.... WHY?
@@gachpack thats my issue it isnt working: im trying to add a suffix to a rare amy. It has a suffix slot open, when i try to add any suffix shards, nothing happens? Only thing i can think of is I wouldnt have enough of ANY suffix shard which sounds bonkers to me...
@@starkiller34if you have an open suffix but not seeing any suffix shards, you probably only have prefix shards selected. Look at 6:00 carefully, you can select between prefix, any affix and suffix shards.
Found all these crafting videos not entirely helpful. Watch three so far and the one thing I’m trying to figure out none of them talk about. All this stuff is what you can figure pretty easy on your own by just ready the crafting tooltips and playing with the system. The thing I haven’t figured is about combining gear with legendary potential I heard there’s some interaction with that snd exalted to gear to produce more powerful items. Please detail that process.
It's easy, at the end of the Temporal Keep ( I think that's the name) dungeon. There is a machine. You can take a 4 affix exalted and put it into a unique item that has LP on it. Only rule is item level has to match dungeon level and has to be matching item so like 2 LP unique necklace, can gain 2 affixes from ANY other purple necklace you may have lying around. However it might take 2 of the ones you don't really want. So it's worth to wait till you find a perfect exalted. Hope that helps.

For awareness, affix is a category that includes both prefixes and suffixes.

Answer was easy: servers were bugging out but I didnt get kicked. My clicks just werent registering.
