However, if it was in Japan, they wouldn't shy away from the fact that big bodies rip clothes. There's certainly tasteful ways of approaching this though. Still, I think this movie handled that topic very well, having the body parts kinda poof into existence where ever you would expect them to, suddenly all at once without growth. Poof! Giant panda monster. Of course, there are creative exceptions used for dramatic effect, but even that didn't take away from the experience for me. This movie monster was adorable.
