One thing I can say is to just try to get outside if you can like even if it’s just taking a walk with a parent or sibling or somebody or like take a bike ride it really helps me to stay motivated and not stay in bed all day
I have really frizzy hair too!! A tip is too spray some hairspray on your hairbrush and then brush your hair, it Reay helps cos I have frizzy hair too!!!!
do you brush your hair in the shower? I reccomend using a brush not a comb and watery conditioner it will help and scrub shampoo SO MUCH before conditioner

The school system that Caroline has right now is very similar to Australian schools except stricter in some states. Eg. locker, uniform etc

I’m from an Australian private school and when she was showing the uniform I was like woah you can customise and choice your own pieces I get stuck in clothes that cover everything in 40 degree weather.
