They really are - and as they love to make small references to other workds in the genre - it's also a nod to the The Animatrix - The Second Renaissance, in style and form.

Why would that be a good thing? Too much hype is what damaged Cyberpunk in the first place. Their media campaign for PL got it just right. I had high but tempered expectations and PL ended up blowing me away.
I just finished this masterpiece of the game and i'm glad the devs keeps adding lore and content to it. The story of the world of Cyberpunk is so much bigger than V's journey that it is great to learn more about it.

Incorrect. There is a big update coming on 5th Dec. As for the DLC, well PL is the biggest DLC I've ever played. I don't understand where this expectation for never-ending DLCs come from. Very AAA games get DLCs and they usually only get one. God of War never got a DLC and everyone was fine with that. Horizon Zero Dawn 1 & 2 only got 1 DLC respectively. Ghost of Tsushima too. RDR2 never got a DLC. Its not reasonable to expect CDPR to churn out endless DLCs for Cyberpunk. What we got with Phantom Liberty was absolutely exceptional with some of the highest production values I've seen in a game. Its worth 3 or 4 DLCs. The only way CDPR can make more Phantom Libertys is to put the Witcher 4 and Orion on hold. They're a big studio but they're not on the level of Rockstar where they have the resources to run 3 or 4 major projects at a time. Cut them some slack.
these videos get me really pumped over the new Ultimate Edition I've reserved beforehand. The shop even gave me the official guide with the reserve. I can't wait to finally have it in my hands.

So basically Kurt really was after the president. But he must’ve been mad she didn’t go through wit the order that they originally gave him instead feeding into the power given to him and the money coming into his wallet decided “let’s shoot her down” thus being the Big Bang they were talking about. Reinforcing that going against Myers was really the best option. Crazy man, these are awesome really puts everything into perspective and them releasing it after the dlc and everybody basically finished the 1st play through of the DLC makes sense.
Wish this info was somehow in the game in this exact manner, much easier to understand than reading a bunch of archive files randomly found throughout the city. Very easy to understand in this format and now it all makes much more sense.
If we could some day fight in these wars that would be a crazy DLC seeing the Story of how NC became NC and how these wars were and how they ended. We need a Cyberpunk war DLC goddamnnnn
The game lacks kicks in its combat system, unarmed combat would be a nice addition. Even without a system for it just a basic front kick and knee strikes would suffice rather nicely, they would make my day:) I hope kicking will be added to the possible sequel. (I will believe in Cyberpunk 2 when I see it in the future.) Weak spot jabs and thrusts with ones hand would be nice also. Throat grabs, eye pokes etc. I have been enjoying the game thoroughly though, soon passing 500 hours and patch 2.1 is soon here:) Tip: I wont be answering any comments on this comment of mine, since I have deemed it a waste of time. I do not even read comments on my comments. Try not to waste YOUR time.
