Fullers London Porter 2024 Beer Review

Over to Fuller's for another of their classic beers that just stands the test of time, Fuller's London Porter delivers a cracking drinking experience that matches any of today's craft beer releases, heres my review.

I used to be able to buy it in Sainsbury’s near where I live. Can’t see it in there anymore. They do their own London porter, brewed by Shepherd Neame. It’s thin and weak and generally sucks! So I have to venture off to my nearest Waitrose, which is quite far. Same goes for 1845 beer.

I wish I could easily get this, and even more so ESB, 1845 and Golden Pride, in terms of where I live. As it is, I think I've only ever had these from the Ocado website and possibly Morrison's (there isn't even one of those near to where I live) and Amazon's websites. Maybe Sainsbury's (also a fair distance) too. Been more than a year or two since I've had any of these.

This is one of my desert island beers. It is complex and I get nuts aswell, rather depends on what I ate or drink beforehand though. I would love to try this on draft. Whenever I drink this I always think it will be my last. I worry about Asahi all the time......
