Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) only accept four (4) years minimum Bachelor of Scientific Engineering Degree (any engineering discipline). In addition, you must have continuous 5 years work experience on your engineering field of practice as required by SCE.
Please note that the first criteria for the eligibility to register with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) as foreign expat engineer is you must have minimum five (5) years total work experience from outside Saudi Arabia, and the work experience must be related to your scientific engineering degree.
Hi thanks for the video , i have a degree in bachelor of business administration so when i apply sce they have rejected my request so next year i may not able to renew my iqama , i tried for changing profession its not allowing me to do so. i can apply in socpa if i have a BBA degree ?
@Babufarooq Shagul Hamed, SCE definitely will not allow you to change profession because SCE mandate the registration for expat having engineers and technicians work visa (iqama). SOCPA is for registration of expat accountants. The right approach is to call SOCPA and inquire the required registration documents for expat accountants.

If my SCE membership expires, can I apply for the new Membership? I don't want to renew because I want to submit new documents to change my computer degree to Electrical. i think attestation required only for convocation, right? but you posted here marks sheet also need to be attestted.

All you need to do is log-in to your SCE account, and change border number. You also need to use your mobile number in Saudi Arabia. Good luck.

The SCE will not start auditing your request for SCE registration until SAR 500 is paid.
