    Do you think you could offer a course on how to create a journal like this ? Not quite this big.. 😁 But some of the basic elements of how to build and embellish ? I'd pay for this. Amazing ! 🎨✨️💖

    • @tinytreasuresjunkjournals2578
      @tinytreasuresjunkjournals2578  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Oh goodness, thank you for this comment! I really appreciate that you find my work 'course worthy', however I can barely get the flip through videos made let alone a "how to tutorial" type production!...lol... and besides there are so many amazing creators on YT that show their process far better than I ever could. Off the top of my head, I recall gaining so much inspiration and technique from Eva at Bohemian Crafting, Sigita at Sigita Coffeestains and Suzy at Shabby Soul. Suzy is the OG of shabby grunge and has been the inspiration to many through the years....anyway, If you have not checked out these wonderful ladies, please do and you will gain much technique from them, I promise...🙂❤

    Oh My Gosh. This junky journal was wonderful. So much inspiration here. I MUST watch it again!!! (●'◡'●) I have a few items in my craft room that will never be sold or gifted to anyone. They have a forever home with me because I cannot allow them to leave. Usually, that is because the styling or the "creativity" is only truly understood by me. I concern myself with how much the recipient will like it, especially if it is too shabby or a little grungy. Will they get it? Will they let her long threads hang, embracing what she was meant to be, or will they snip them off? 😉 These are the ramblings of a creative mind. I do love the way you create. You have such freedom. My "works of art" are not there yet, but my heart yearns to reach those depths without fear of pleasing anyone but myself. Thanks for sharing. ლ(╹◡╹ლ)

      I am sorry but it has sold. If you want to sub to my channel, this is where I always do the flip-throughs for journals I have for sale. I am also taking custom orders again in the fall if you want to message me through Etsy to have one made special for you...😊

    I hope you don't mind my asking... do you sewn in your signatures before decorating the pages? I can't decide which would be more difficult.... sewing in the bulky decorated signatures or trying to decorate pages that are already bound lol

    • @tinytreasuresjunkjournals2578
      @tinytreasuresjunkjournals2578  3 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      It actually depends on my mood and the journal I am working on...lol...but I do tend to plan how i am going to decorate first.. especially with pockets, tags and where i am putting flip outs etc. I don't actually make them permanent until after I sew the signatures because I tend to change my mind once the signatures are sewn in and I do my final embellishing. It really is a matter of you own personal preference. I don't find it any more difficult to sew the signatures in either way. I hope that makes sense?
