I just got the rtx 3060 version few days ago because 3070 was out of stock everywhere i went, though abit sad i couldnt get the 3070 but im so so so very happy with the 3060 and kinda glad i saved some extra cash cos this thing is a beast too
I also bought the 3060 one but I was afraid that the cpu would bottlneck it and make it a very bad gaming/rendering laptop but how is your doing, I was thinking if returning it without opening the box
@@berketleulkal6673 i personally dont do any render work, only gaming and normal office work(internet, word, excel) works perfect

I could appreciate that they didnt put a subpar camera because at the end of the day its almost unusable. we need to do better than just relying on our laptop camera 😂

@@JohnMichaelGadier Baka nga sir, pero ang labo talaga haha, why market something here that cannot be purchased in the first place? Paid marketing malamang so they probably went ahead with the review of the specific model. Sayang lang walang kwenta sa mga PH local consumers.

@@Mr360attack not necessarily, intel's 11th gen has decent efficiency, but not zen3 level yet, it's a dealbreaker for me mainly because quad cores are bad choices to be paired with the 3060/3070 mobile, quad cores should only exist in budget gaming laptops with 3050 or lower level GPUs.

just bought it today and as far as i could see it doesn't bottleneck, all i could say is that it is a beast
It bottlenecks it for 4% according to pcbuilder, it's still ok at some point.

1080p puts too much emphasis on the cpu, with a 3070 they should've paired this laptop with a cheap qhd panel 120-144 hz (if they want to keep the cost down) to offload some of the work to the gpu
That being said, there is a niche use case for this laptop which I haven't seen anyone try yet for some reason: medium settings at 4k on a TV (or external monitor). This way, the cpu won't matter much and we get to see the gpu used to its fullest extent. I bet we could get some less demanding games to run at 4k60 and maybe even some triple a titles (with some significant but still completely possible tweaking).
Running at lower resolutions doesn't put any more stress onto the CPU. It only increases the *ratio* of CPU stress to GPU stress because the GPU isn't used quite as much! Plus, a QHD 144Hz panel wouldn't help to keep costs down at all. A QHD panel at 15.6" would provide a negligible bump in perceived image quality over 1080p and, in most games, this increase in resolution would have quite a significant cost when it comes to framerate and/or quality.
As somebody who owns this laptop, I can confirm that it'll comfortably run most games on ultra settings at upwards of 110-130fps, making great use of the 144hz panel. Increasing the resolution to 1440p with a 144hz panel would be useless, as it would never be able to hit such high framerates :/. I do see where you're coming from though, and will definitely get back to you on that 4k60 gaming (which I have not tried yet!)

I got the rtx 3060 one. Its cool. And have very cool cooling system. But according the price is a very good labtop (low price with powerful performance) . If you are a rich person get another model labtop
