I had such a hard time watching this as I kept flitting back to my Amazon Book Wish list to add things. I love your collection, the way you store them in your room by colors and some random things in your room (that hobnail vase, I must have one!)
Sanne, I appreciate your consistent efforts of pulling out hundreds of books time and time again for us! You have a beautiful collection. Thank you for sharing your books with us!
I have never been more jealous of somebody's book collection. Congratulations on 100K, you deserve every subscriber! You've always been on of my favourite TH-camrs, I'm so glad I found you all those years ago :D
What a great idea organizing books by their color! I have a few questions for you: 1. How do you keep your books dust free? 2. When is your favorite time of the day to read? 3. How many book do you read at the same time? Love your channel! Thanks!
You should make a contest with all the books that you don't want/need, it would be awesome! Pd: I loved your collection, I really appreciate how you don't have only new books, and how you organized thr bookshelfs!
i love how all your video titles end with a . for some reason the voice in my head is really blunt and grumpy when i read them, makes me chuckle. you have a beautiful book collection, very well-organised and decorative
A nice collection. Nice to see people still collecting books. In this post-Kindle world, I'm doing my level best to get rid of mine. Not at all easy, since the market for second-hand books has effectively dried up. I'm curious how you manage to keep all the spines of your paperbacks uncracked. Do you just buy the most beautiful editions you can find for your shelves, and then read the electronic versions to preserve the paperbacks as art works?
I personally don't like to ruin my paperbacks with cracks either and it's actually quite easy to read without opening the book all the way. I've read massive books like Ken Follet's Century trilogy without any harm to the spines!
There is a little trick you can do! Rest a book on it's spine, slowly fold the covers to the table, then take a couple of pages from each side and fold them down and continue to do so until you read the middle of the book. And then you can start reading without a problem!
booksandquills I remember my swedish teacher (I'm swedish) teaching us that trick. Personally I don't care, I like it when books look well read and well loved.
Congratulations on 100,000 subs!! I loved seeing all the beautiful book covers that you've shown us from previous hauls and reviews come together, it makes finding the covers worthwhile. Here's to the next 100,000, they are well deserved.
I really adore the way you've arranged your books--I never realized that books could decorate a room so beautifully. And all your books seem to have such gorgeous covers that it makes me wonder whether you consider the cover designs when purchasing. I would love to hoard on books and live in a room like that.
I have that Language of Flowers! I also have a companion with Love Poems.... my parents bought it for me from Costco, if you can believe that. Love seeing all those gorgeous classics. The House on the Borderlands disturbed me on a deep level. I still think about it. You are a girl after my own heart.
I've never heard of a flipback book before! I just finished googling it-- my mind is still blown, haha! Loved the bookshelf tour....CONGRATS on hitting 100,000 subscribers! So exciting!!! =D
Congratulations on such a massive milestone! I now have bookshelf envy. Your collection is so beautiful. My fingers are itching to rearrange mine into colours again...
Your collection is beautiful and a great variety of fiction! I'm a huge fan of Jane Mount's ideal bookshelf art and the penguin hardback classics and graphic deluxe editions.
I love hearing you speak Dutch. Fancy doing a video of just you reading a paragraph or two in Dutch? Haha. I wish I could read and write in my native tongue. I can speak it fluently, but not the former. Well, save for names of food and common phrases haha.
booksandquills OMG, I'm trying so hard to learn Dutch and, ta daan, one of my fave youtuber is Dutch! I'm Italian and I already speak like 4 languages, but I adore yours! :3
Your collections is absolutely amazing. I also really loved the cover a few editions. I can't really think back as to which ones, again, wonderful collection.
Ahhh I can't wait to watch this! But first - congrats Sanne! Words can't even begin to describe how much joy I have found in watching your videos. I can't think of anybody more deserving of 100k subscribers than you!! :)
There is nothing sweeter than you speaking dutch! c: [For me as a German I guess it's even cuter because we kind of think of dutch as a softer, less angry version of German. ^-^]
This is THE.MOST.BEAUTIFUL.BOOKSHELF.EVER.!!! I adore your books, and have found a few amazing covers which I am going to add to my bookshelf as well;) thanks a lot for inspiration and new book tips!!!!

This may sound odd, but I adore listening to your voice. You have one of those voices that I could listen to all day. Congrats on reaching 100,000 subs :)
That is a brilliant collection! I love the idea of sorting by colour. I had mine in alphabetical order at one time - massive fail. Perhaps when I move I might borrow some of your sorting ideas.
Oh so excited for your series about dutch books!! I love dutch literature! It is such a shame that there aren't any dutch booktubers who talk about dutch books.
While watching this video my eyes darted back and forth between the screen and my full but small book cabinet and now I want to cry. I'm quite new to your channel (thanks to essiebutton :) ) but I have already filled up a whole booklist, you're such a reading-inspiration! xxx
oh my god!! this is fantastic! i like how you have a lot of books that aren't in other bookshelf tours b/c i'm kinda marathoning some right now, and it was getting to be rather repetitive.

What an awesome collection of books. So cool to see the Dutch books among the English books. I rarely read in Dutch anymore, so it would be awesome to hear you talk about Dutch lit some more :).
Oh my gosh, you're literally the first people I know who possess the french liutenent woman. I read that book ages but anyone ever talked about it. But anyone you're bookshelves are so damn interesting and I'd love to owe all the classics books you have. xxx
Is it just me, or is the noise of the books being pulled in and out of the shelf EXTREMELY satisfying?

I had such a hard time watching this as I kept flitting back to my Amazon Book Wish list to add things. I love your collection, the way you store them in your room by colors and some random things in your room (that hobnail vase, I must have one!)
This is the most beautiful bookshelf tour I've ever seen. Kudos, young lady!
This was 17 minutes and 37 seconds of pure heaven.
