Klebre nerf was a joke, she's not op just no one can play against her. To many camping battleships that get torped an complain she's op. She's useless now.
@@xagentofchaos_8783 on console she can reach 5 km surface concealment compared to... 7 km, maybe 8 km max conceal on PC, I believe. So I'd say losing 2 km of torpedo range isn't that terrible of a tradeoff.
@@Vodhka there concealment is low due to gun range, on PC it may be 8 but you can fire up to 16ks compared to 10.7k an her rof is 7sec compared to 4. I've used kleber more then most on console, her engine get knocked easy, her gun turret are slow af, her gameplay style was torps, guns when needed, now she's just a new Paolo Emilio. Even now her rof at best I've got it down to is 5.8 with torps at 6, but her range is maxed at 11, all they had to do was make her torp rof from 46sec to 1.30. While Khabarovsk an shima are the op ones.
I legit unlocked the kleber last night and was looking for builds on your channel and couldnt find any that wasnt out of date or from a highlight this timing :D just to see that you decided to not do a full build lol
I start play this game with japanese dds my very best was kitakaze then I go for English ones. Daring is a very good t10 dd for beginners (6short smokes base 2 repair party base torps sea mines and amazing guns)! Then I got my first high tier french dd Marceau! The start was really hard for me in french dds no smoke no heal just a speed boost and your 127mm guns with really big arcs! Torps of Marceau is garbage sea mines! After a while of hard time and keep keep trying I become really good on Marceau and then I thought why not go for kleber? Today kleber is my very best ship and I got 155 from all nations(bbs,dds,cvs (had but sold them all,cruisers)! It is hard ship but really rewarding when you play it correct! Don't need more nulerfs cause she got nothing except from a reload booster her speed boost and the torps that is only for 8km and when you re full consilment this is 7.8km! For example imagine you have to fight against two dds one by one Marceau got something like 3sec reload when kleber got 6.3 both with buff on main guns, so Marceau is better in situations like that when all time need constant dpm
Players that plays ships bad and have bad PR are because they want (so much "play for fun players"), no need skill to be good player and do ur role on team, the problem its when this kind of players have afraid.
