Breadfruit street in Balogun market, very easy to locate once you walk inside the market.
The place they sell things like beads and horsetails is under no 22 Balogun plaza and the plaza they sell George fabric is opposite 22 Balogun. That whole area is filled with shops like that. You can also check idumota side for more lace(especially for Asoebi), for fans and fascinators.
