For speeds over 1GbE, you plug it into port #4

You put your ethernet cord in the wrong port. It should be in the bottom right hand port that is the fastest port bottom right hand.

bro xfinity is so bad get fiber if you have it just got it first day today and i’m telling you the difference is crazy coming from having xfinity top plan in my area of the 1200 down and 35 up now i have 2,500 down and 2,500 up with at&t fiber

The smaller one with no needle goes to the outlet and your gateway and the bigger one with the bronze needle goes to the gateway and to a special outlet that’s circular

@@ThomasReviews it's not throttling it's a 5 to sometimes 3 hours of disconnect. Always starts after 12 in the afternoon.
