theres not a lot of masters. Everyone is pretty much hardstruck at diamond 3, there are like 3x more D3 players than master players. There are more master players combined than there are diamond 1 + 2 combined, so i guess they just have to get paired down heavily since theres no one at their mmr.

if I'm not wrong, both Arisaka and Daruma were pre and they still struggle in this plat lobby. Or maybe they just play 4fun and not try hard so much

plat is currently top 2% of playerbase(as opposed to top 20% last season), there are no master players yet since the 750predator quota has not been filled. There is literally enough players in the upper ranks thus plat, diamond and predators are lumped up together at the moment since all the predators spread out on different servers

​@@onii-chan3785 i play on jp so i can't tell whats happening on eu server but my assumption is depending on the number of players, some predmaster last season who have not climbed yet might appear in silver lobbies but once you hit plat, seeing someone without trail/diamond trail is a rare sight, almost every squad is a 3 stack previous pred/master in jp server
