I have one comment. You mentioned NDA is not a great tool for confidentiality but probably this is only in India where the Government is yet to come up with a robust IT policy and which cannot be challenged in the court of law. NDA's work perfectly in the developed western world.
But overall a wonderful session so far. Very detailed and informative. Thanks for the same.
