Dear Saif and Arad, I know I have said serious things about his lungs. It's because I have the same disease. COPD. I'm happy to see it is finally diagnosed. Unfortunately when the infection is gone it doesn't mean he is better. This is ongoing and a lot of different things can cause flare ups like bronchitis. He is young so I hope with special care his lungs can improve overtime. Clean breathing air. No smoke. Not being with sick people and kids. Dust and dirt have to be limited in his environment as much as possible. Don't sweep near him. Most important inhalers and breathing treatments at home everyday. Don't leave the hospital without inhalers. It's too far away if he needs help quickly. They keep his lungs open and clear of phlegm so he breathes better. I use mine 1-2 times a day. If I start wheezing or get out of breathe from walking fast, stairs, lifting. Everytime I have a flare up ( inflammation and infection) I have to take a steroid and antibiotic for a week. Approximately 3-4 times a year with special care taken this happens. I pray for Arad. He didn't deserve this. You have to be very careful now Saif. God help you to help him. Amen.

Sayfullah, siempre has cuidado bien a tu hijo,recuerdo cuando viviais en la cueva arriba de la montaña... ,no tenias casi nada y Arad estaba bien. Ahora te preocupas de ampliar tu casa,tienes coche pero el niño va muchas veces descalzo y con su ropita mojada por babas...Asi se enfria y coge esas toses. Sé que lo amas pero no consideres que es mayor, Arad es casi un bebe y hay que cuidarlo mucho! Te quiero mi niño!

Под железо нежно утеплитель какой то класть иначе вы в таком доме замерзните и края крыши за пределы стен должны выходить со всех сторон, тогда стены во время дождя намокать не будут, а так у вас по стенам вода течёт и они намокают, потому как у вас блоки очень плохого качества.
Так только сараи кроют и навесы ,я не поняла ,что это за покрытие крыши, просто от дождя спрятаться и все 😂😂 где специалисты то или это просто для съёмок!?
Что он строит если дом то что это за крыша без утеплителя летом нагреваться будет в зимой промерзать что это за строители как будто в первый раз крышу делают видимо не специалисты
Они, наверно, изнутри будут утеплять ...не знаю, как сайфулла будет жить, в такой комнате, напоминает гробницу, слишком узкая и вытянутая форма...куда смотрел навруз, когда стены поднимали...
они не знают и не понимают. как должно строиться .одну хибару построил и до ума не довел. вторая хибара точно также. куда должна сливаться вода и где края железных листов. все в стену будет литься.

Saifullah if you finish strictly that house is only for you and Arad, no visitors is allow to stay there, step in there, make it very very clean and cozy, you can put a little kitchen to cook your tea, the ground put all tile and divide the kitchen and room do not put carpet in the kitchen, as much as possible put small carpet, bed and table for eating and for Arad to color ot write in the future, the old house you can use it as accepting visitors and the kitchen as cooking big meal, put lock in your new house, and cement the outside ground so that Arad won't have a hard time walking outside

Saif should've told his mother Fatima to come to the hospital instead of leaving Arad for Mahnaz to sit with him. Ce memorie scurtă are lumea !! Este exact bătrâna cu care s-a înțeles Sayfulah pentru căsătorie, adică acea Mahnaz, care le-a plimbat la cumpărături pe ea și pe fetița ei adolescentă, și bătrânei i-a dăruit material de rochie, iar fata a refuzat, că nu poartă acele cârpe lungi tradiționale !! Ea este modernă, poartă pantaloni, și nu pare să-și dorească o căsătorie atât de devreme. Dar ce mai contează ce "vrea" ea ???!!! 🙄🤭 Când mama ei și Sayfulah au "bătut palma" peste capul ei ??? Mai rămâne să decidă și tatăl, iar...Arad va avea o altă "mamy", mult mai tânără ca mama lui, iar Sayfulah, va avea o servitoare/copil, așa cum îi place 😜, la care să poruncească de dimineață până seara, în timp ce el stă tolănit și bea ceai !!! 😆😆😆 Nu vi se pare..."frumos" ??? Iată "mătușa" care îi încântă pe unii cu "bunătatea ei !!! 😁😁 E foarte amuzant, cum în episoadele anterioare, lumea era furioasă pe ea, și acum, după ce au "uitat", o numesc "mătușa cea bună", care brusc face parte din "familie", și pe care Arad, " o iubește". Doar că ieri când a rămas cu ea în spital, nu prea "o iubea", că plângea bietul copilaș de ți se rupea inima !!! DAR ce mai contează, când lumea NU are memorie !!! 🙄🤔🤷

Don’t be afraid to pet the dog with ur hands. He wants love and attention too. I notice how he recoiled and yelled when you reached with ur foot to scratch him. Obviously he was abused before with kicks and thought that’s what u were going to do. The dog is getting friendly because u are caring for him and starting to trust you.
