I insist a marathon video for reviewing all that stuff!!!!!!! It's a collectors material! Even if it's nothing special these are all the old things which go by forever. It's much more curious than a storage room dirty pants or pans. We need a special 5 hour release! Indeed!
He said that he's taking it all to the flea market the next day. He's not going to look through ANY of it. Probably going to miss out on some $$ by not checking it over first. He's all about getting a quick turnaround.

Wow! A bottles' paradise! My goodness!...I had to replay at the lowest speed to catch a better glimpse of what was in some of the boxes, but I could already see so many treasures there! I wish I could be tele-trasported to your flea market ,sigh.😔
I keep sheets with me when I go to auctions. I toss it over my pile to mark it's been bought. The row might have only gone for a few dollars but people will still take things.

MY GOSH the Bottles!! People always want to complain about the way you pack your van and at the end of the day, you almost NEVER break anything, But you should have made the complainers HAPPY you finally broke something!!! And you didn't even know what it was!! I think you will make a "TON" of money as you put out things at the flea market, and you can grab things that you want to keep for yourself and put them back in your van!! GREAT JOB, Taco!!
Hi Taco, The owner definitely had “collections of collections.” The silver Jeffersons were usually wartime years with the large mint marks on the reverse-nice finds. Looks like laboratory glassware with the pouring lips. Nice day with a lot of goodies; no tears for busted glass. Take care, Brian

This is better than Christmas! I am going to have to start going to farm auctions. I would love to find another Blackhawk Corn Sheller.
I had one like I used on the farm in the 1950’s. I kept in in storage while I was in the Army and on my last move it disappeared along with a case containing my camera supplies and old German coins. The corn sheller is only thing I really miss, because it brought back so many great memories of time on my grandparents farm. The happiest time in my life, except when I met my wife, the real live Barbi Dall.

Also look for glass that has a lavender tint, and of course purple. My son in law used to go to old dumps and got a lot and as they are in the sun, they get more color. I have never bottle dumped but look for glass that is turning when i go to garage sales etc. Good thing you have a nice roomy van. You did well for under a hundred.

Oh, I'll happily sit for a long unboxing! Sad about the broken glass, but it does happen. It's what makes older things rare... Their mates have Bern broken and sent to the landfill!

Get a wagon wheel and tractor seats. Get seats put on some kind of stand and table also. Glass on table. This makes a real different patio set. Saw a set years ago while living on Oklahoma.

They used to turn the bottles upside down with the neck buried in the dirt to make a ring around a tree or flower bed. Probably b4 electric weedeaters tho, have to be careful of glass.
WOW, that looks like the place to be if you were going to build a bottle house like the one in Sultana, CA. For years I have wanted to build one but I never had the time or bottle supply.

At a recent local auction gallery, in Virginia, the blue glass jars went for high dollar. They were sold individually.
Very impressive haul. It paid to get there early and get a prime spot.

Nice bottle score. Blue glass is more collectable so be sure t price it higher than clear glass. If you have a piece you want to keep and clean I found a shot polisher (rifle case tumbler) works real good on glass. I scored some good bottles at the SF flea market. One is a German bottle, Herman Goring ( I don't know if its the Nazi or some other German bloke) Gas Works bottle that was for some bubbly beverage.
Brilliant episode, must admit I did gasp out loud when you opened the back door of your van, but if that was all that was broken you did extremely well. Time for a hot bath after all that work. Take Care All the best from England

Will you clean all of the bottles and jars before you take them to the flea market? The broken white thing looks like a light fixture to me, fairly modern maybe mid century. They were usually mounted over a kitchen sink.

Wow Taco what a score. Dunlap Tires very cool. I'm a hoarder of advertising. I started before it was popular. I have a large kitchen and most of it is on my walls. Can't wait for the flea market tomorrow.
Also, you might want to pack some collapsible shelves next time to stack boxes in the van. I'm building some for my trailer.

All those bottles-wow! Have you tried to clean bottles with vinegar and boiling hot paper in a sink or using denture tabs? I have done both methods on bottles and old glasses with varying degrees of success. Great video. Best wishes for a wonderful flea market season.
