This first one you mentioned requires that you be in the forest first stage You will throw weapons in the fountains found commonly in many rooms until the bar is full The higher the weapon rarity the more the bar fills, and once full you will fight a mutated version of the goblin priest in 1-5 and when you defeat him two portals will open instead of one and you'll go in the green one not the usual blue one, and once there now you are in the secret swamp biome For the three sirs you have to activate rush to purity mode which is a boss rush run that you start with no weapons no buffs and no plants , nothing, you can get weapons and buffs after you enter the portal from the lobby to fight sir Sangria you have to do a rush to purity run defeating bosses uptill to 3-4 in 3-5 you fight sir sangria Sir violet same as sir Sangria but with badass mode on Sir Verdant is same as sir violet but defeat the Fourth stage bosses as well And for the final boss you mentioned, he used to be an exclusive boss in the three kingdoms event that punishes the player for not paying the npc and it was designed so that you cant kill it with 12k hearts, but sadly now you can encounter it in 4-5 as a normal boss
