Although you could pick up vocabulary from sitting awake and watching this, listening in your sleep seems like an eminently bogus approach. In any case, the gender of the nouns should be indicated: une fenêtre, not just fenêtre. The French voices reading the words sound bored and unnatural.

Has adverts in the middle that are quite loud compared to the content and disturb you as you are just dropping off which ruins this
