My first 5 star was Tiana and she's a real gamechanger for me. Congrats for your Herc anyway.
Hercules is my current DPS in my 2 support 1 DPS build. He is very VERY good against teams that have supports as he melts them very quickly and drain the enemy from any form of buffs, however he is very squishy for a melee. Hell, for me, despite my Hercules being 3 stars, my 2 star lvl 25 Rapunzel feels like she has more health than my 3 star lvl 37 Hercules. Another trouble is that the aiming on the game sucks, as soon as you run around to say stall time for healers' ult cooldown to heal or buff, it changes to a different target, and as a result you lose your attack stack entirely. So kinda unfair in a way
As for Tiana, she is to me a very useful support. Before I got my Evil Queen at 4 stars, I would sub between her and Mike Wazowski despite both being a 1 star to support my DPS. So I think you should at least try her since she is 4 stars after all

Ok even tho lifeline isn't powerful but i think she's buffed now so where decent now
Hercules is my first and only 4 star at the moment he's my strongest melee but I don't really enjoy him its kinda hard to keep him alive he has no sustainability except for his indestructible buff which only last 3 seconds
