    Dear David farmer you remind me of my dad he had a kind heart he used to help people as much as he could he always used to tell me the Lord has blessed us with many many rental properties in a few pennies in the bank and he would help people a lot too much sometimes but he always said the Lord blessed him and he was there to help others and needed it and God bless you far more for doing what you done

    You can feed cable while machine is spinning, you’re suppose to pull a little length of cable out of the machine push down lever then while cable is spinning you push down drain.. same thing for pulling it back run machine and pull cable back let go of lever and push cable back in

    I love how people plant bushes beside sewer cleanouts. I've seen them pull the riser and plant right on top. Sometimes a gardner is a Plumbers best friend. Sure would like a cold drink of water out of that hose.

      The Days Of David That's a nice machine. I was looking at one but after buying Ridgid Compact2 Camera, K50, Scout Locator and Brick Line Transmitter Ridgid got enough of my money. They did have a Spring Savings type deal but the items you have to buy to get a free item are thousands of dollars. I bought a RodRunner from General Pipe Cleaners it's a Sectional Machine with 11/4 Cable. I believe it has the same size motor but was able to get the machine, cutter bit set and 160' Cable cheaper than the Ridgid machine it'self. I believe my RodRunner was made in Philadelphia by Americans. Enjoy your machine and don't bit your fingernails after using it.

    Not sure if you do this already, but you can expedite the process by having a second guy feed a cable in through the back side of the whip, and join it from the front of the machine.

      $600 is cheap. $1200 here in TN but don't ever expect to get money back, I just make sure it goes on their record. All my mistake has been feeling sorry and over looking the credit check. If I just stick to the process, I would not have much issue. credit score and debt to income will solve most problem. I am now willing to go 3 months vacancy to get the good tenants.

    Out in California they got a thing called renters rights and they can take you to court and get 30 days then take you to court again and get up to another 30 days I think they could get up to 90 days total to for them to try to find a place to move especially if they have little children it's difficult

They can be difficult going through tight bends but if you have a straight shot to the roots with the right cutter you will get through them. Try evicting somebody out in California sometimes it's cheaper just to pay your own tenant 12 to $1,500 cash money to move out because it'll cost you anywhere from 25 to $3,000 to evict a tenant with children my father has paid tenants up to $1,500 cash money just to get it out of our property man

      @Moon Wolfe lol. They fit... I do it daily... in fact I just finished one 10 minutes ago..... a pear shaped blade squeezes down to fit inside the pipe and then it wants to spring back and the blade rides on the inside walls of the pipe

    • @drainmonkeys385
      @drainmonkeys385 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jayarnold5727 easy... blades have some flexibility.. a pear shape blade will squeeze down and spring back into shape... you simply squeeze the blades closed stick in the pipe and the two sides of the blade ride the walls of the pipe.... I do it daily. Often 3-4 sewer jobs a day

      The machine I was referring to is a Ridged flex shaft,the flex shaft allows the operator to insert a camera with the flex shaft machine running,it also alows you to visually monitor progress in one simple step.
