In this video we are going to talk about how to make your contact lenses look their best in everyday life, whether you can pass them as your natural eyes or not and what to watch out on the social media posts to make sure you are purchasing the right brand, design and color for your needs.
I know this video is quite long but I just wanted to make sure I cover the basis before I post more detailed lens reviews.

It's like this. Changing the color of your eyes is no different than changing your hair color. People don't worry about their hair color looking fake. Just like with extensions or spray tans or anything else. Look however you want to and don't worry about it.

I'm so appreciative of these tips, thanks so much for taking time out to present this. I'm also glad that you talked about the ring lights used in so many clips. I personally find them distracting & irritating because it makes it so hard for me to get a proper look at the eyes whether they have lenses in or not. The lighting you used in this clip was perfect.
I remember you in the lens101 forum I got my natural touch sultry grey thanks to people like you, never again will get such a beautiful natural colour in a lens I still have them even though they are discontinued, thanks for your videos

You are great not only because your tips about lenses, because your tips to feel confident and comfortable. Sometimes I had these questions about my colour eyes cos I'm a bit dark skin and I use green grey lens so they pop, but I feel and look so good. Sometimes these questions are uncomfortable cos they are not coming with a positive attitude. That's why I'm looking for a natural looking grey green lens. Thanks for your videos. I've been feeling really insecure about my eyes lately, I've always worn glasses and my eyes look so black it's difficult to tell where my pupil is unless you're like 3 inches away from my face. I also really didn't like that when I dressed up pretty, all dolled up and with makeup, my glasses would completely ruin the look since the frames and it's shadow hid my makeup and the lenses made my eyes look smaller than they actually are.
Recently I visited an ophthalmologist and they told me because of my astigmatism, hard contacts would be best for me.
I was pretty overjoyed to hear this, because that meant I could put fancy colors on my eyes!
I'm getting them this summer :)

Very informative video..thnx..i love wearing contacts the issue i face is dryness after few hrs..can u plz suggest the name of drops tht i can use on contacts to moisturize and look glossy and shiny.I have used systane but it cant be used on contacts...also would u suggest ice or topazio for a hazel eyes,pale skin and blonde colored hair?.i want gray blue kinda look and i m confused between these two.Thanks☺

Great tips! I use the glasses one when I wear my lenses, my eyes are almost black so I like a smaller pupil hole or my eyes look like they’re dilated😂 My first lenses I got were hidrocor quartzo a couple years ago, worn everyday, now I wear Anesthesia Vegas pearl, but I’m thinking of getting the hidrocor topazio, they look pretty good on you.

BeAwesomeInstead they are more comfortable for sure, calmer and more green. I like them, but sometimes my pupil holes don’t line up with them, never had that problem with quartzos. I am liking the way the topazios are looking, which ones are the most realistic looking for dark brown eyes in your opinion, in the light colors?
Hmm.. I would say Solotica Hidrocor Topazio and Urban Layer Cloud Gray are favorites so far. Urban Layer Blue is pretty good as well but it is more like a medium color. Freshtone Supernaturals Aqua is not bad either if you are ok with a slightly bigger pupil hole. Hidrocor Ice might look good but it totally depends on your natural eye color. if you have any red tint, it will reflect violet... I don't like hidrocor cristal's as much...

Hello can you suggest me a true blue colour? Yet realistic not desio addict blue they look anime blue. Im looking for a realistic blue colour lens but sadly on my part they make beautiful greens but not blue contacts :( any suggestions? I’d really appreciate
have you ever worn the discontinued natural touch contacts those were my all time favorite. If so what do you think is the closest lens out there now to the natural touch opaques

Hi can u please recommend me the most natural looking prescription green-gray contacts for med brown eyes? My eyes are quite dry for solotica.. i used to wear desio in desert dream but they aren’t very natural looking
it is really hard to make recommendations for "most natural contacts" because it is so subjective. I would suggest you to juts watch the videos and make your own selection. if I must I can recommend Jolens Soft Quartzo, Urban Layer cloud gray, freshtone sky gray or Old Cristal I guess.
What are the best most natural color contacts including the pupil hole size and everyother detail that a contact requires to look as natural as posible that you have used? That if they tell you right now, you can only pick one pair, you could only stay with that one brand, those would b your first choice? Whitch would you say are it???

Hi. Iv been wearing contact lenses for about 15 years now. My holy grail contacts used to be acuve2 gray. They were extrimly natural on me. Unfortunaly they were dicontinued for 5 years now. Ive been looking for the perfect gray medium light contacts. I have medium broen eyes light skin and dark hair. I tried the crystal nc solotica that made me look like a vempire. Solotica graphite were very natural but too blue and too dark for me. Now im with vegas gray anesthesua which look brownish gray on me...any sudjestions?

Thank you so much :) Well I could recommend you multiple.... Lets see... Hidoror Ice, Urban Layer itself Gray, Sweety Plus Hidrocor Gray (it is kind a like grafite but not as blue), Batis Hill Maddy. I will be trying some of them soon. the videos should give you a better idea ;)
Excellent tips. I only disagree with u about the comfort issue. I think that lenses made by hydrogel tends to be more confortable. I personally can't stand my lovely Solotica's ocre more than 3 hours a day. Another thing: I wear contacts for 15 years, I'm blonde and I've got the same skin color as you (my eyes are medium brown). None of the bluish lenses that I purchased has a natural look that I was expected (they're still beautiful, like Solotica's quartzo, but not natural if u take a look closer). That's why I prefer the hazel ones.

I know right?! I assume there is still a demand for black limbal rings. People use these contacts for all kinds of purposes. Some doesn't care about how natural they look...
I see what you mean, but if that was the case, there would be named "natural" when they actually were natural and not circle-lenses-like. I think people just never got a really natural one and so just go for what there is everywhere, or maybe people never really looked into light eyes overall (I do, and have only ever seen 1 single person with a black outer ring on their natural light eyes - and it looked faked even thou it was obviously her eyes truely)

Hey Mister😊 do you know of any comparable dupes to the Solotica NATURAL Quartzo? I am also looking for a dupe for the Ambar Solotica natural and lastly a pretty deep warm green with dimension and a nice limbal ring. I also have a problem with my contacts looking like they're protruding from my eye almost, like a chameleon, and lastly the diameter of 14.3 is too small. I still see my iris. Thank you in advance!
Just tell us which is the most natural please. No offense. I loved the info, but I'm sifting through a hundred videos for the most natural. I buy them and then they dissapoint me.
what do you think about BrightOcular ?
I personally wouldn't do it myself. They look pretty good in real life and videos. however some of the colors they have are not very natural and looks hideous in high resolution photoshoots - kinda like Halloween lenses. On the other hand I heard they made some improvements on the design and colors lately. I still think it is a little too risky and I personally enjoy the versatility of color contacts for now, not looking to replace my own eye color permanently.
If I may : My personal eye doctor (very well known here in France) took mesures of my eyes/irises size, depth etc and told me that I was ABSOLUTELY NOT a good candidate for this procedure (which I was interested in at the time) according to the mesures he took (he said the implant would "rub" against my real iris + cornea which would actually leed me to blindness someday).
PLUS : He showed me pictures of a patient of him that had had the procedure done (exact same implant I wanted, the "Ice Grey" color from BrightOcular) and told me that he had to remove the implant from the patient's eyes and procede to a cornea transplant so the patient was able to recover barely 50% of his vision... so his eyes have been permanently damaged... and YES we are talking about BrightOcular here, not NewColorIris or any other company... ).
So yeah... never doing it, good color contacts remain the way to go at the moment ;)

I am olive skin and medium brown hair, dark brown eyes. I started with green olive eyes and looooove them! Now I’m trying honey/light brown and willing to go a Lille bit further wit greys, lets see......I think the best advice is have very clear you’re doing this not to fool anyone, you’re doing it because you like the change, for fun, for yourself. Once you are clear don’t give a f......at the end is not different than dye your hair, make up, lashes, nails etc.
I waste so much money on these plastics. I wish someone invented a permanent change method 🙏
I just hate how much bigger the lenses are you can clearly see it over the eye I think I’m going to cut the rim🤷🏽♀️

i dont understand and i dont know, why all the contact lenses the pupilhole are so big, the human people have a extremly tigh pupilhole and all the time when i see the videos from lenses i cam see the the lenses havbe a very big pupil hole, can tell me sombody, why the lenses have a big pupilhole?
i wish the someday that the contact lenses have it a tight pupilhole as the human people.
They have a large holes because when you enter dark light your pupils dilate. If contacts pupil is too small then when your pupils dilate you won’t able to see

Lol I don’t wear color contacts wanting them to look natural. I never really get why people has this obsession over it having to pass as their own color. That’s fakery to me. The best way is to just be indiferent. Because then you won’t seem nervous and why should you? I love when people stare at me or ask if they are real or not. Of course I tell them no.
