As a professional local here the best ride is either the Big Dipper or the undertow and and pirate ship that’s real fun I like all of them the Big Dipper was kind of scary but overall the boardwalk is super fun and I think you should go there for some family fun!
Hi Jenny, Daniel, and Talia. What a fun day. I love Santa Cruz. I grew up a couple hours from there, and used to frequent there quite often. I miss living in California. Talia was a ball of energy and she seemed to have a great time. There are a few new rides you shared that I hadn't seen. It has been a while since I visited there. All the years I went there, I don't think I ever rode the Carousel. Great video. ~Ali 🎀🏰💖
HaPpY 4th! Thanks for sharing Santa Cruz. It is a wonderful sea side park! It's crowded on Galveston Pleasure Pier as well today. I love that dark ride. SC has plenty to do there. That corn dog is perfect for the 4th.
When I go on the Sky Glider cable car ride I love going in the direction as I head toward the Giant Dipper I head one way way more times than that other direction
The carousel is my favorite ride too! Those rings and clown attached there makes it so addicting to me every time I'm in Santa Cruz. Also, this ride would've been a lot better if there were free prizes attached to the ride once the rider's ring goes inside the clown's mouth. This would be awesome for the carousel and its' fans but unfortunately, it'll never happen due to lack of space, high costs to do it, and probably the Boardwalk having no interest to improve the carousel at all.
That would be really cool! We rode the carousel three times and only saw one person get the ring in the clowns mouth, it’s definitely a challenge! Thanks so much for watching!
