It was filmed by RÚV(You can see their logo on the microphone and on the top left corner) which is an Icelantic TV channel but the Faroese News show Dagur og Vika used RÚV's clip for their own show. Icelandic and Faroese are so similar that most Faroese people will understand it. Dagur og Vika also uses Danish clips and they don't put subtitles on them since everyone speaks Danish in the Faroe Islands. English clips do have Faroese subtitles since not everyone(especially the elderly) don't understand English.
