Mamamoo has brought me back to KPOP and I’m just new moomoo but previously during TVXQ era, I was their big fan, as Cassiopoeia, also SM stan (TVXQ, BoA, CSJH, until snsd). CSJH’s vocal and performance never disappointed, they’re on top. I miss them so much :)))

This is how i see it. It's like you get a couple of chances to promote, if you attract the audience you'll become big and they'll continue to promote you but if you don't then they'd promote you less. I think that's how it works for a lot of companies. They promote groups who has attracted the crowd the most and that's how companies are able to build their recognition/profile if that makes sense ahaha
It seems because at that year, boy group the more popular one. So the girls' get put aside. And 2007 strike with WG and SNSD who basically use bubbly fresh or kinda cute theme. While CSJH is more the sexy and mature theme.
Fun fact lina was one of the top vocal trainers at SM entertainment during here years at SM, if I remember correctly she helped train Luna and Wendy, which explains why Luna and Wendy sound very similar to Lina espically in there vocal colours. I think taeyon and Lina got the same vocal training during there formation that's why they sound similar.

I don't think it's likely to be a fact though, Sunday only became a vocal coach after The Grace ceased activities in 2010 or 2011. Even if you consider Korea activities, CSJH is still very much active even back in 2007.

Seriously, the visuals of the 1st gen gg of SM is no Joke. Not only visuals but talent also. SM artists in general is a triple threat, im not even an SM stan but honestly they produced & create the best out there. It's SM is Perfection. But, I think in General almost every 1st gen GG's visuals & talent is no Joke, like seriously. Gosh, i wish SM would come up with this kind of group again since you rarely see this kind of GG's nowadays that focused more on their Voice. But with the type of concept & music that's a hit nowadays among Knets & kpop stan i don't know if they can survived alone with their beautiful voices & visuals. The Grace's members have beautiful voices. They can belt out songs with high notes and they're very talented. You can't find girl groups these days with members who are all talented. I severely underrated the Grace, and I think it's because I got into SNSD first and there was so much shade between the fans. But I super appreciate the maturity in their vocals--something that I feel a lot of girl groups nowadays lack; either it's cutesy high-pitched voices, or it's too much emphasis on making your voice "POWERFUL". These vocals are just so smooth, I love it, and wish I appreciated them more back then.

I really miss this era and the type of music. The ballad sound of the 90's & early 2000's. I still pretty much enjoy listening to the kind of music back then compared now.
First The Grace wouldn't be 1st gen, they debuted in the soloist era, which was after 1st gen. Second the GRACE aren't kpop.

The Grace's members have beautiful voices. They can belt out songs with high notes and they're very talented. You can't find girl groups these days with members who are all talented. And Lina eonni's face is so beautiful. 😊 Sadly, they're now inactive but I wish they will comeback or have a reunion performance at least. :(

I severely underrated the Grace, and I think it's because I got into SNSD first and there was so much shade between the fans. But I super appreciate the maturity in their vocals--something that I feel a lot of girl groups nowadays lack; either it's cutesy high-pitched voices, or it's too much emphasis on making your voice "POWERFUL". These vocals are just so smooth, I love it, and wish I appreciated them more back then.
Queen Lina's face gives me heart attack everytime. She's so damn gorgeous T__T Please come back CSJH. I've been waiting for them for so long.
