    Beautiful, guys! Amazing to see so many travellers on the road up here again, and here in Darwin I’ve noticed the amount of caravaners and travelling vehicles are abundant once again for our tourist season, despite the news. According to the news, bookings are down due to the fear of crime - which just makes it hard for local businesses to prosper in this tourist season. 1) bad news sells news. 2) most of the fear mongering seems to come from voices in the opposition. My brother and his wife just drove from Canberra to Darwin via Alice Springs for my father’s 80th birthday, and they felt completely safe where they stayed. Like you said, there is as much scary assaults and crime in the news from every state (and country); and I think people just need to get back to the art of critical thinking.

    Probably shows how so-called phonics rules are only generalisations; correct pronunciation of chasm is as though it is a hard k, so “kasm” is correct (now removing my retired teacher’s hat).

    Hi from New Zealand and we weren't the aliens. Another great show showcasing the Northern Territory, I would like to do what you guy's are doing but we have family commitments, jobs that we should keep, we like our pets too much and we have a house to do up so we will run out of money to buy a decent rig like you have. O well I can still dream through shows like yours.
    I am looking forward to see the 4WD tour you are doing. Diesel here NZ$ 1.96l. Hastings 6-16oC raining. Happy trails Jono P

    more than 80 could jacknife the van, also by rain over 80 and it's like waterskiing on the road

    • @TheFeelGoodFamily
      @TheFeelGoodFamily  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Some of the road conditions were great and then sections were so bad and of course once you add wind or rain then the whole experience has additional risk factors - safe travels 🇦🇺👍

    Hi..just watched your latest post..you mentioned you had experienced theft on the Gold Coast..please advise where you were staying…as I hav Never experienced it..don,t recall you ever staying at a park on the GC.

    • @TheFeelGoodFamily
      @TheFeelGoodFamily  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Terry, we have stayed at every park in the GC early in our travels with our. Previous van and filmed a lot of content for them all - they are operated by GCCC - all are amazing parks and facilities vary for families with kids and cater for every type of traveller - the main theft we mentioned in this clip was at the Broadwater site - unfortunately a group of guys that were working in sync with each other to keep a look out for the security rounds while others were stealing - well organised 😳🥲 keep your valuables locked is the key!

    Most folks are probably like us and watch TH-cam on the TV, and I can’t find anyway to click thumbs up or subscribe on the TV remote.🤷‍♂️
    That possibly explains why 67% who view the videos aren’t subscribed I guess.

    • @TheFeelGoodFamily
      @TheFeelGoodFamily  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You are spot on as you can only click a like button or subscribe button through the TV if you are logged in to TH-cam as your account (gmail TH-cam account) and not just using the app as a visitor…. Hope that helps 😅💙

    • @TheFeelGoodFamily
      @TheFeelGoodFamily  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Marni, we are under tow or still hitched 90% of the time these days - is day it varies by a few litres - say 17- 18l per 100km not towing (guessing) 🙏💙

    Another great vid love love love what you are doing just got 2 questions I love the drone footage what are the rules for flying in the NT, and what drone you have and is unleaded fuel about the same as diesel sorry 3 ? My bad........

    • @TheFeelGoodFamily
      @TheFeelGoodFamily  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you 🙏 💙🇦🇺 basically you can’t fly drones inside national parks unless signed or permission is granted through the operating organisation. We sometimes request permission to film and use on our tv/TH-cam show. We also reach out to tourism agencies to request usage of stock footage when we can’t fly…. This is pretty rare and if we go down that path we are required to give a credit to the content owner. Hope this helps 🙏🕺🇦🇺
