Mam, I have been following one of your 30 days melasma challenge for 4 months. How long should I use that routine. You have so many routines on melasma and it's not easy to switch to any other routine. I am already using 2 nd routine, because I didn't see any change in melasma after using one of your routines for 4 months.

Ans.. False, Retinal is not a retinol ester. Retinal is more effective, potential, takes only 1 conversion step to become retinoic acid,so it gives faster results in collagen production, cell turnover, reduce appearance of finelines,wrinkles, unclog pores etc..
But retinol ester is used for beginners friendly and excessive sensitive skin prsns, it doesn't irritate skin,it is less potential, it takes 3 conversion steps to become retinoic acid.

The answer is: FALSE, retinal is a strong form of retinoic acid which directly gets converted into retinoic acid. However retinol esters (e.g Retinyl palimitate) don't have an active form in Retinol in it and take a 4 step conversion process.

I can't tell you how good you are in this area. We don't need a dermatologist. Even some dermatologists are not as good as you are.
My main issue was freckles on my nose. I was very worried and tried lots of cream suggested by the dermatologist but it didn't work much. When I saw your video on freckles, I couldn't tell you how happy I was. My freckles are now visible by 5% and this is the result of a month.
I hope that you get lots of success in your area. Just be as honest as you are. I trust you a lot and have been following you for all my skin problems. God bless you 💓

In contrast, retinol esters are derivatives where retinol is esterified with a fatty acid, such as retinyl palmitate or retinyl acetate. These esters need to be converted first to retinol and then to retinal before becoming retinoic acid.
