if your game is properly back up with google play or game center then I suggest manually back up your game and then delete the game and re install, some times there are content and offers missing from the game data base, if you are not sure you are properly back up then contact support otherwise you might lose your progress

Hi you must go to the upper right place and select the event with Stella

How do you use the tickets? I see people say to scroll through the wheel under settings but it just pops up with bundles

you get them as a reward from Sue and Nova events or you can buy them for real cash
