    I love that you included "stopping bullying" as one of your duties. This is a part of the job that I saw many teachers overlook when I was in school!

    Wow, such a powerful message. I have 3 teachers in my immediate family (in reality, aren't we all "teachers") and many more in my extended family. What a great tribute to an essential occupation. I see many Shares; hope the trend continues.

    I literally just cried. I'm a first-year teacher in an urban area and am 1 day away from winter break. All I can say is that this video is ON POINT and he is completely correct!!

    We love your video and can't wait to share with our tired teachers who are prepping for parent/teacher conferences now. Teachers rock!

    The sad thing is, there are thousands of these videos… and still no respect given as a whole to teachers. But we’re out here grinding anyway! 💪🏾

    True, but nerve damage from excessive stress or obesity gains, or poor diet due to low income or physical injuries attained at a job can be irreversible and being "tired" does not make it worth it. A kid can Google anything they want to learn and we do not need to maintain or babysit kids anymore. Parents are not grateful enough and send kids filled with entitled sassy attitude into classrooms expecting teachers to do the parenting. I can't wait until we digitize teaching and can put a mute button on a disrespectful student. Studying is a privilege not a right. In some third world countries, studying is not even an option. This guy is popular in America because he appeases the masses without a real solution, is part of the privileged majority and has a valued face for social media. Change can be uncomfortable, but necessary if we are to truly address society as a whole. As someone with a Psych and extensive teaching background. I propose behavior management clinics for students in need and virtual education for all. Virtual education is the future and a VR headset or a laptop is a lot cheaper than coordinating driveline, desks, student transitions, PTC, etc

    Every board member should be required to substitute in all grade levels. Coteachers should tell their students that they are the special ed teacher!

    I'm training to be a teacher. It's so tiring and stressful. I keep planning optimal lessons in the weekend but when I come in class time always flow up. I only have 35 minutes each class and they're never enough. The curriculum is so dense and the semester is about to finish. there is no way that I could finish it. I could not pay attention to all my students because I have so much to do in the class. Now all I wish is to finish this semester.
    I had high expectations about the type of lessons that I'm gonna teach. But the reality is so different.
    I wish to have that moment when I tell myself that it worth it.

    • @blackilluzionz
      @blackilluzionz 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      there is no answer unless you know the initial and final velocities.

    Indoctrinating children with woke messages is also tiring.

    Oh 180 days, try having 1 week off the entire year, doing over 100 quotes a week, standing in front of 100 people telling them what to do and having to deal with their shit every day all day, taking calls from terrible customers everyday, and employees stealing shit, answering nasty emails, running around like a crazy person doing physical work. Yeah trust me you're not special

      Teachers are never off. Want to play? Come walk one Fucking day in my world. I’ve done your job. I decided I wanted more. I became a teacher to change lives. Ever have to work 15 Hours because after school you have to meet with the police and CPS because a student you teach is being abused by a family member? Then to go home and hug your own because they have lives that are different. You, Sara, are bitter. Teachers put in more hours than anyone will ever know. I don’t get any time off. In those “days off” we are attending professional development to better ourselves and our approach to our careers. We are working other jobs because teaching doesn’t pay all the bills. We are planning lessons and grading papers and meeting students and giving feedback to students, teachers and administration. I challenge you. Spend one day as a teacher. Then let me know what you think.

    Guess what? Teachers are not the only ones who are tired. Other people work hard too and don’t get summers off.

      Some Teachers taught you...Getting the summer off is not a benefit, it's a necessity. Working with other people's children is a chore well deserving of a couple of months off. Some of the other people's children are the administrators and fellow colleagues.
