AVOCADO GRAHAM FLOAT | Kitch-Jen Ph

- Ingredients:
6 small size avocado
1 pack (200g) Graham Crackers
3 can all purpose cream (155g)
3/4 cup condensed milk
Instructions:
1.Prepare the avocado in the mixing bowl. Mash it well.
2.Add 1/4 on condensed milk and mix evenly. Set aside.
3.Whip the all purpose cream until light and double its size.
4.Add the remaining condensed milk and continue whipping.
5.Add the half of the avocado mixture and mix until well combine.
Set aside.
6.Arrange the graham crackers in your baking dish. Lay the crackers flat and even until you cover the whole bottom of the dish.
7. Add the cream mixture and spread it evenly.
8. Add the avocado mixture on top and spread it. This process will give you a beautiful layer of graham, cream mixture and avocado.
9. Place another layer of graham crackers followed by cream mixture and avocado mixture and repeat the process. It's up to you how many layers you want.
10. For the last layer of graham crackers, add the avocado mixture on top.
11. Cover and refrigerate for 3-6 hours or overnight.
12. Slice and put in a serving plate.
