Something I did was hold a weight, 15 -20 on top of my mid section where it would cone to help ensure it wouldn’t happen. I began to feel how it felt when it coned and when it didn’t and it made it much easier to be intentional about maintaining it in. My third child will be three soon and I started training two years ago. Cone is now gone.

Thanks so much for sharing this video. My youngest is going to be 5 soon and my core still domes some. I particularly notice it or could just be that loose skin when in the plank position. Do you know if after 4 pregnancies, is this normal or can it be healed still to have that firm and solid core?

It is never too late to rebuild that foundational core strength! I'd recommend adding a workout like this to your routine 3-5 times a week! th-cam.com/video/u4z7sBiGFA8/w-d-xo.html

I just started doing sit ups at the gym and I freaked out when I saw this bulge in the middle of my abdomen. I am 60 and I was doing stomach crunches on a machine and it works the stomach muscles differently. I don't like the new gym machines so I was trying to do regular setup on a slightly angled bench. Scared the hell out of me.
