- I walk through Old Quebec City during the Holiday Season. This charming neighborhood decorates very nicely during the holidays, and resembles many places in Europe. It is composed of a lower and upper city. In this video I start off at the Château Frontenac and making my way down to the lower city, descending the Escalier Casse-Cou (Breakneck Steps) and finishing up at Le Petit Champlain.

Sorry to say but, these video's from Quebec City and Montreal are better than the NYC video's, no honking whatsoever.
It has a completely different vibe and I think you cannot compare both. It is a question of taste anyway.
