Picked up so many skills from this one!!!! I saw some comment about fuzz on the arm - IMO, it's not his job to perfect something rather show us tools and skills that can be useful for our own work. If he spent his time perfecting his examples, this tutorial will be 10x longer, so you choose what's worthwhile for your time

I JUST BOUGHT SOME newspaper mockups for 9 dollars. I supported the designer. one day i want to have the patience to make my own like you have done. i have had the thought one too many times and you have just made it look easier than i thought. i think trainers are a good start. ones you can draw into with the brush as if your designing your own. once youve done the design just take that layer and save as a jpg. send off to a competetion. i think vans recently did that.

Hey, thank you so much for this video. Your tutorial helped me a lot for my university class. We have to design a logo and create a shirt MockUp with the final product. I'll update my comment when I've got a grade/result for my project. Cheers!

This is so so helpful! I'm just struggling now with whether it's possible to create the actual mockup part if it has a complex shape, like say the area you want the mockup to be is the entire shirt. Because it seems so far like it needs to be a simple, unaltered shape UGH

Just a quick observation + question, when you re-sized the canvas ( 21:38 ) some of the logo that you liquefied got reset (left side) , is it because of the re-sizing or some other reason?

You could select by colors. White. Or use channels.
No tedious edge manipulation or adjustments required.

Can you please teach us how to create our own mockup templates using the 3D layers ? I have purchased some from creative market. Basically they provide you a psd file, with 3d layers that you can apply your designs on. I have been wondering how to make a template like that and haven't been able to find a tutorial on youtube!!

I followed the instructions exactly but I'm not getting the same results. When making the second small selection, my photoshop will not add foreground color, and the selection won't go away (it's always highlighted even when I escape). I hate photoshop and Adobe products. Worst user experience ever.
