The white king is now longer in the pawns explosion raidus but the black king is and even chasing the white king with ..., Kd2 leads to Qxd3#!. Note: you also can't respond to Kc1 with ..., d2+ because the pawn is pinned to the King. You are forced to run *away* from the King.
Black just played Kd4 white responds with Qc3+ then Ke3 Kc1 and your king is on e3 so you can either move to d2 or e2 and get exploded or run away from the white king and get mated with the pattern we see in the video

First round he could’ve won easily, when he made the rook move he could’ve pinned it in place with his other bishop and then taken next move.
