Yes we should not invest in farmland which are in conservation zone, and we should invest before shankerpalli town if and only if we are going to invest high amount because now Shankerpalli is in demand town, but the place is completely occupied by the bigshots, if we feel we can invest we can invest in shankerpalli, if not we can see a new triangle which is also going to be a good investment option in future for middle class people can buy in this new triangle.
