    I'm so pleased to have found your channel ( although i see you no longer post☹️). I am very very new to polymer clay, just getting all the tools and clays at moment, just need a tile now, which i am not sure where i'll get that from where i live. Many years ago i did paper craft so have many, many punches so i am pleased to see i can use them. Thank you for your time🖐️

    I going to try using my punches. Thanks for sharing. Fyi, I use construction two sided tape to help prevent the resin from bowing my pieces . It’s much stronger than two sided wrapping tape. I use two sided wrapping tape to keep pieces from moving while resining. I live in Missouri USA

    Hi you must have a video on it but what do you drill you holes in pieces with?

    Really interested in seeing how to cut on circuit. Thanks

      I don't have a cricut, I will be using a small portable die cutter. I imagine it would also work on a cricut but I'm not sure how thin you would need your clay to be. I'll be uploading the video shortly 👍😁

    I used small snowflake punches to make tiny, delicate, little snowflakes from cured PC. The results were amazing, but it took a lot of experimentation to get the thickness just right (and some of the punches worked better than others).

    What a great idea. How long did you bake the slab for?

    • @happyhands-uk
      @happyhands-uk  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I bake them as I normally would with any other piece. So I bake for around 40 minutes at 100 degrees, which works well for my oven. 👍😁

    Is there a reason you didn’t stack the 3 colours and then cut, to get the striped slab?

      I just find it easier to slice individually as I slice down and then drag the clay so that it sticks to my blade and makes it a neater finish. Also My slices where on the thickest setting and this for me would have been too thin. In addition, I like the organicness I get doing it this way. 😀👍

    Can you suggest a good brand for a (pasta maker) clay roller? Thanks

      I use an Atlas. Before that I used a cheap one and I did notice a huge difference, less track marks on the clay. But even so, it was still hard to keep the blades clean. So then I invested in a monafied atlas which has removable blades and this was a game changer for me, I'm pretty sure it will last me many years! I hope this helps 😉😁
