A concept I always think of is Ayano faking being sick for a day or more, then breaking into school and committing murder while making sure no one sees her. It will be easier for her to accuse Megami of the murders because she made everyone think that she was sick at home when the murders took place.
I like the idea of “making peace” with the rivals, then killing them afterwards and not getting caught of it, in order to put suspicion onto Megami since her deciding to be close to Senpai/Taro COULD make both situations make her look suspicious. Plus getting on the previous rivals friends good side can assure you “Allie’s” against Megami! One of the things Yandere Dev has mentioned is that you don’t just have to kill students, you can use them as “tools”, literally one of the things that makes this game the game it is is manipulating students into doing what you want them to do song with stealth (making “friends”, distractions, and so on)
the best argument Ayano had against her had was how Megami only put up better security when one of council "died", makes it seem more like she doesn't care about the other students' deaths
i'm glad you used ryoba's backstory for this. i've been hoping people would mention how accusing of someone of being evil just because of their relatives isn't a good thing.
Because she is a psycho She talks about putting a stop to anyone who poses a threat to academy yet she wants to kill Ayano with her bare hands. She a-poses violence yet she does nothing about the bullying. She didn’t even bat an eye when the delinquents were being bullied. She won’t even shed a tear if her own brother dies because “It’s to much a waist of money” I know I type this a lot but Megami Saikou is my least favorite character in yandere simulator I hope that her Canon elimination makes her suffer.

Media crews would start to barge into the school to ask questions about Megami. Megami would have to return home to avoid media attention. The topic about Ryoba's past is on the headlines again this time with Megami failing to prove her point about Ayano murdering her classmates. This would be considered history repeats itself again when it comes to the Aishi family being accused by the people who have power based on their "skills". The headmaster would might as well retire since it's too much for him to handle on how much his school known for students who have been murdered. As for Megami her family shunned her for her actions and that her father specifically told her to stay away from Ayano and never get involved. Megami would never be CEO and the role would go to her brother Kencho. So Megami would have to work up her way through the ladder herself since her chances of CEO is already gone. (They could've kicked her out but then the Saikou family would have to endure more media attention about Megami's mistake. So she still lives under their roof but she wouldn't have much freedom as she once had before so she will be monitored until she learns to not abuse her power and bring up stuff that were in the past.
Akademi has had severe bullying issues and several other things going on that Megami often ignores in favor of pursuing Taro. Hell, to go as far as using physical force on Ayano even which is a little extreme. With great power comes great responsibility, and while Megami has plenty of it, doesn't really use it that well other than to aggressively dispose of the player.
concept elimination (might be hard to program) mess up megamis studying for each day in the week, like misplacing her pencils, or changing her answers at lunch time till her grades are B+ and lower megami is considered dishonorable by her family, so they cut her off from the saikou family, and since she is removed, her funds are too, and so she has no more money to pay to stay in school, she also has no more money to bribe them or pay to be student council president so she has to drop out and get a job since this elimination method might work too good, a draw back is that she starts a yantube channel about ayano which drops her popularity each day
This concept has greatly impressed me it is really good i think that there is very little to improve but as an addition you could make it so raibaru tells senpai first about what megami has done to his sister his childhood friend and all of those girls who just wanted to be friends with him but that last part is just optional the concept is perfect as it is

a idea i had was that well- ayano would use raibarus obsession to always be with osana and turn her into a killer. basically you match make osana and the boy who has a crush on her. then you would see raibaru being more and more threatened by the boy. she would be constantly left behind and always being the third wheel. on Wednesday if you hide behind the bush you could hear osana and raibaru making plans to see the newest romance movie. osana couldn't invite her new boyfriend but raibaru thought she had broke up with him so they could be together. after school, osanas boyfriend will be free if you gossip to the person he was gonna hang out with that he was busy. then osana and her new boyfriend would go leaving behind raibaru, the next day raibaru would be walking how she would walk after osana's funeral. she would be upset because she thought osana got hurt when she promised to go to the movies with her. when you inform her that she was left behind, she would grow angry. then you would see her stalking osanas boyfriend hoping to catch him in the act of cheating. if you approach her and tap her on the shoulder, she would become jittery and nervous and try to explain a lie but when you tell her you could help her, she would stop being nervous and confess her true feelings, you could either leave her be or you could tell her a lie that osanas boyfriend hated raibaru and raibaru would go crazy. the next day if you meet up with her you would dicuss a plan to lure osanas boyfriend to raibarus tool shed in her backyard by saying they have osanas cat. wanting to be a hero, the boyfriend will come only to get hit in the back of the head with a bat by raibaru and waking up in her basement. there, you would torture him by making him watch violent tapes. in the morning, he will still be awake and well but you will now murder him by letting raiburu hit him repeatedly with a wrench. then, raibaru will freak out realizing her parents basement was covered in blood. you would help her clean it all up and make a convincing letter copying the boys handwriting stating that he was running away because you would spy on him talking to osana. you would learn he has a sister who gets everything she wants and was running away because he thought his parents didnt love him, then you would drop his body out into the woods making it look like he starved to death. then, when the next day rolls around osana would be deveasted getting a call from her boyfriends parents. raibaru would comfort her and soon they would fall in love. of course, no one would expect raibaru because she protected people. and no one would suspect ayano being involed.
I love the fact after all of the video, Ayano, IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE SCHOOL makes a mischievous face because she knows she won, ain't that something? Wouldn't someone notice and point it out?
Everyone is focusing on Megami being the possible murderer for the deaths that happened and while everything is in place from murdering the rivals in the 10th week where Megami attends class, Ayano brings up her reason why Megami believes Ayano is a dangerous person because she's related to someone who went to trail, along with how there are security cameras and metal detectors at school when a council member disappeared when all the rivals died. Anyone would suspect that Megami cares more about her council/friend group than the students herself. This would make people believe that her wanting to protect them is a joke and that she is trying to frame someone while lacking evidence. Which is why anyone would care that Megami isn't around on school grounds and the attention would be away from Ayano.
Another recommendation for this could be that this could also work for other rivals (ex. you could claim amai's killing people, but it would take more deaths and more people to convince)
