I like cottage cheese with fruit,so I'm thinking this would taste good. Also, if it happens to freeze into a brick, just letting it sit on the counter for about ten minutes should make it easier to scoop out. I make a frozen dessert with bananas and avocados, and it also freezes like a brick but letting it sit out for a few minutes does help. It definitely isn't ice cream,but it's very tasty and healthy as well.

I just want to comment back to you cuz you contacted me giving your opinion about keto I just want to let you know that it does work I cross keto with carnivore diet and I lost like 165 lb so far I think it is a great diet and it keeps you between the diet and while not die it's basically a way of I don't refer to it as a died I refer to it as a way of life cuz once you throw died out there then you just threw it right in the garbage because then that's when you're going to break it you know and I'm not about to do anything to change my lifestyle but I just wanted to say that this guy does work in the I think it's easy most people find this lifestyle to be the most easiest lifestyle to stick with God bless you my friend

She says it tastes more like frozen yogurt than actual ice cream. It is different and yes, I think it tastes like Fro-Yo, too. Its not bad tho. Next I want to try strawberry with bananas. Rather than using sugar or other sweetners, use banana because its a sweet fruit and has a lot of flavor. I also want to do cookies n' cream, peanut butter n' fudge, maybe banana with peanut butter and chocolate chips and carmel. Idk have many ideas. But did you know you can make taco dip, as well as, veggie avocado dip with cottage cheese? There's so many. I'm hooked on this trend.

@@CookingwithShirani I made up a batch last night, using about 1.5 cups of frozen strawberries, 1 cup cottage cheese, a tablespoon of maple syrup, a teaspoon of vanilla extract, half a banana and a cup of almond milk. I blended it together and put it in the freezer for two hours. The result was unsatisfactory. It had huge ice crystals throughout that scraped my tongue raw when I ate it, and the batch around the outer part of the pan was frozen like a block of ice. Also, the mix was gritty. Oddly, the only flavor I could taste was banana.
