I was thinking with your starfruit perhaps some chickens for the bugs and a goat to scare away the fox that comes for the chickens😊
and if you do not fence the chickens in you can call them "free range" chickens😂
About mining coal I think either the forest caves or the mountain caves give 20 coal per coal rock so 5 rocks should give you 100 coal vs the 6 per in the farm cave
