- The goal of this Wild Hearthstone Fatigue Warlock OTK combo deck is to use Curse of Agony combined with King Togwaggle! We do this by drawing all of our cards, and playing King Togwaggle, Augmented Elekk, and double Curse of Agony for the OTK! Super fun mini set meme deck! Good luck!

Next up: Complete the Demon Seed Warlock quest, give the opponent two Curses of Agony using Lorewalker Cho then use the Saboteur to force the opponent to play the two Curses of Agony adding them to your deck and then you kill them with the fatigue damage that way.
I know Demon Seed is a reviled card and for good reason, but this is an unnecessarily convoluted way of achieving lethal through the quest and fatigue damage that i figure Mark might still be up for it.
Saboteur is legal only in Wild, Demon Seed banned in wild

I was so excited to see the nonsense this card would create and how it'd scale if you had a ton of them shuffled in. Thank you much for doing this so I don't have to build my own 😂
I remember telling my 7th grade math teacher that I would never use summation outside of school. But now I realize she was training me to play agony lock.
I had a game where i shuffled 36 Curse of Agony in my oponent's deck, they were extremely lucky they didn't draw a single agony for 5 turns in a row...
I made a new interesting deck. Owl OTK in rogue. With the new smokescreen where you draw 5 cards, and with the grave active. Shuffle owls in your deck draw and deal a max of 80 damage. Worked in platinum 4/5 times I OTKed them
I honestly can't believe how good this deck is and how much fun I'm having. Even believing it strange to not see any other players trying to meme with Agony
Sometimes I just look at the new cards and think “how in the world was this allowed” without even needing to test them. I should apply to be a game tester for hearthstone, or at least be the one who makes new cards for them.
You can look at the pre-made deck recipes to get the idea of the actual deck-building skills the Hearthstone design team possesses. Those skills are... mediocre, to put it very mildly. And of course, when Iksar design a card he never ever admits the card has broken design-just look at Ignite!
@@Kentauros1991 The pre-made decks were never meant to be optimal, they are just built in a way that just shows off the new cards. The devs test more than just the pre-made decks obviously, they just don’t test nearly enough.

That's a strong word; for me the opposite is pretty obvious: they don't test much more than the pre-made decks, what's with the game-crashing interactions on day 1 that always catch them by surprise, and that the new meta-decks (that are settled about 3 days into an expansion) too seem to always surprise them. "Oh no, the Demon Seed warlock dominates everything, how could it be?" No, the pre-made decks are a decent gauge of their deck-building skills: people who build decks at that level won't find e.g. Demon Seed problematic because they don't know how to build a broken deck with it. The actual community, however, figures it out in literal hours.

You can find direct sources from developers, specifically Iksar, saying that they test decks that come very close to optimised meta decks and rarely completely miss an emerging deck. I’m not just pulling this information out of my ass or just guessing like you clearly are.
Therefore the only explanation is that they don’t spend enough time in testing.

You can use Tamsin in Standard to double the amount of Curse of Agony

Correct me if i'm wrong but would it be easier to run hemet, jungle hunter to destroy your cheap stuff after drawing both curse of agonies?
I believe the heavy cycling is better than Hemet in this deck for a couple reasons.
1. It's not only both curse of agonies you need, but also at least one Elek before playing Hemet. So right off the bat your consistency is going to hurt.
2. there are only 4 cards above 3 mana in this deck, and 2 of those cards are the Runed Mythril Rods which needs at least 4 draws to proc. So not only will you need both agonies and elek, you will need to draw the Runed Mythril Rod and proc it at least once before playing Hemet. But the thing is, with the heavy card draw and cheapness of the deck, you can dump and draw at a very fast rate with rod/backfire(s)/tamsin/tour guide/Kobolds/Coils/thalnos/and soularium for the last push, I've had the rod proc twice in one turn many times as Mecha'thun Warlock.
3. Hemet is slow and expensive and will sit in your hand until you meet all the previous requirements taking up precious handspace which is already tight when your combo is 4-5 cards.
I mean... Is this better then mechathun or OWL otk? IT maybe on the same line as those two, but i think it wont be as broken as some in this comment section make it to be.

Quick idea. How about the new warrior spell with zilas and the 0/2 weapon that gains attack based of armour? With enough armor you can deal 30dmg easily.

@@arthursb42 soulbound ashtongue. It is more of a mark deck, but you could use frozen buckler for 10 armor, or 2, and 1 or 2 of the +10 attack spell, ashtoungue, silas, punch ashtongue
And you can get 10 armor from frozen buckler for only 2 mana.

I mean... Why bother with that when Warrior literally just got a 1 mana gain 10 attack card? Play Hit It Very Hard x2 and Heroic Strike x2 and you're at 28 attack already. Add in literally any weapon and you've got an OTK with Silas + Ashtongue.

I saw Roffle absolutely struggling to win with this deck yesterday. Not convinced it’s broken until Mark locks in Silver 5.
It’s getting me through platinum just fine. I’d say at least 60% win rate, maybe more.

@@joeyghostx Apparently Garrote used to shuffle 3 bleeds, for 8 + 4x spellpower to face (so two copies would OTK from 32 with 2 spellpower, an empty deck, and a draw card), now it shuffles 2, dealing 6 + 3x spellpower (and it takes 3 spellpower to OTK from 30).
Blizzard basically said that garrote was too weak by implementing this card.
My thoughts exactly. They nerfed garrote, but turned right around and gave warlock mega-garrote on steroids.
Has no animation and stops to draw after the enemy is dead - what an unsatisfying card... ... At least the damage is okay, huh!?

that's great lol, i did that in standard with tickatus and tamsim roame, its up to 81 damage, thats insane, i killed a big druid who had 64 total health, its totally getting nerfed

Yeah. Replace Toggwaggle with Tickatus to mill the enemies deck. Replace Elekk with Tamsin minion to get extra copies of Curse of Agony.
in case you're wondering, this combo can do up to 190 dmg
It can do up to 843 damage if you go extra and use Tamsin to get 2 extra copies of Curse of Agony. 2031 damage is possible if you use Cube to get extra Elekks and shuffle in a full 60 Agony. With the maximum possible being 2093 if you then use a Coldlight Oracle to give them an extra draw.

It's almost certainly just worse than Mecha'thun or Owl Warlock, which are currently tier 1.

It just seems worse than Owl, you still have to deck in order to win, your win condition is a 1x instead of 2x with Deathrattle to avoid Dirty Rat, Elek is a less useful card than Tamsin and you have to play 2xCurse instead of Phylactory and 1xWicked Shipment which trades. It might be an improvement over Mechathun, but Owl is the only version that can go off with cards still left in the deck. It just seems on par for the typical Warlock combo shell.

This is not a broken deck. It is just a less reliable mcuthan or owl combo. Let's see you win more than half of your games against pirate combo before we go berserk.

It's not as broken as he says, and if it needs a nerf it would certainly be going to 2 mana instead of just 2 ticks because without toggle to instantly fatigue and the risk getting there, just 2 cards of fatigue is just 3 damage, it should be more like garrote in rogue, both are 2 mana deal 6 for delayed damage. And besides, unlike rogue which has defensive skills like cloak or the secret, warlock isn't as defensive to stave off aggressive decks just small bursts of healing, heck they'd likely die before that so I think the excessive damage from fatigue using wagtoggle at 8,9,10 mana is fine considering some other otk decks like shaman can kill their opponent at 6 mana crystals....

The thing is... Curse of Agony is pretty damn busted.
Since it's possible, even in standard, to cast it up to 4 times to shuffle 12 Agony into the opponent's deck (Since it's a Shadow spell, you can use the Tamsin minion to get a 0 cost copy)
This means you can do up to (1 + 2 + 3) + (4 + 5 + 6) + (7 + 8 + 9) + (10 + 11 + 12) damage (6, 21, 45, 78 for each Curse cast)
Of course, this is all predicated on just running literally 2 copies of a 1 mana card and a Legendary that's already highly valuable for any Warlock deck. Meaning that even in standard, Curse of Agony can be put into Quest Handlock for an additional win condition (As a counter to decks that draw heavily)
