have you considered the g5 luffy in the decklist? since you can get a don back with stage after the luffy ability and cheat out a character, then you start your extra turn with 2 characters on board.

I was debating between Gear 5 Luffy and Kaido as my finisher. I don’t think you have space for both unfortunately. I found Kaido to be slightly better due to its removal and rush. Luffy is also awkward sometimes as you see we can fill the board very quickly.

I like kaido for this exact reason. The on summon removal is invaluable when going for game or a big push. Getting rid of blockers or big bodies
