From what I understood of the lyrics of this and combining it with the other songs and MVs (specially Maniac and the Oddinary album trailer), it's not exactly about a relationship but about yourself. You conform with what society thinks is normal (hence Changbin, after getting breaking free from the handcuffs, starts taking selfies) and you're trapped in this spiderweb with no escape...but part of you (your true self) still wants to come out. This is why when Lee Know is looking in the mirror and then walks away, his reflection (his true self) stares after him. The rest of the lyrics is basically describing the struggle that one faces when they try to leave the spiderweb that is societal norms but it's consuming you (exemplified by the spider going inside Felix and lodging in his heart). But, at the end, you are so entangled in this spiderweb that you no longer see an issue with it and no longer want to get out (Seungmin and Felix passing through the same corridor, where Seungmin was previously trapped in with the red strings, without problems towards the exit and , instead of exiting, Felix closes the door trapping them inside).
At least that's what I got from it but I could be wrong. Music is up to interpretation after all ^^
I feel like it not being about a relationship is odd when it’s talking about wanting to feel the touch 😅
And if it’s them wanting to escape society why does it say they don’t want to escape …😮
The mirror looking after him, could be him trying to hide the fact that he’s a different person when he’s with the toxic significant other

I don’t think it would be considered romantic if it’s toxic, but I can’t think of a word😂
Also, when they eat the cherry, it can be considered eating the for bidden fruit like being in a relationship with someone they shouldn’t seek after

Yeah! Venom is certainly one of my favourite music video that Stray Kids had made even doe it was just shown of course a month back with all the very dark humour. But now I think you should watch in an other video later by also Stray Kids as well named Freezing, from how I entirely see it, it got the most interesting and exciting concept in Kpop history
