How to use copyrighted music on TH-cam legally? Copyrighted songs on TH-cam, free music on TH-cam, Copyrighted images on TH-cam are common questions that TH-camrs ask.
Wedding videos , couple-shoot videos and any other event videos need a background music which is usually romantic songs, party songs and devotional songs. They are mostly copyrighted. We need to be very careful with the selection of the song and the process of securing your video from copyright strikes and claims unless you don't mind risking.
It is close to impossible to tell what is the right formula because in some cases it may all depend on the discretion on TH-cam or on the copyright owner. However, it is always good to know a few things on a high level.
Free music without any copyright, Copyright strikes and copyright claims are something which we need to know about before we use any kind of music on our videos.

It may also slightly change when a certain loophole is exploited by people over time. It may also change when a certain rule is seen to be
too stringent to a large creator community. Even with a longer duration of copyrighted material in your video you may not receive a strike. On the other hand, you may receive a strike for a 2-4 seconds of music. It’s so much on discretion of the copyright owner, youtube team and creators luck..
Please make a video on mount system, like canon Ef mount for full frame and Ef-s mount for Aps-c cameras. Here is my main question please expalain it...
For example my friend has canon M50, and he want to use full frame lens EF 50mm f 1.8 on M50 he will use an adaptor , now question arise here is, EF 50mm f1.8 full frame lens belong to which faimly, Canon dslr or mirrorless, for example canon EOS RP is mirrorless and 5d mark 4 is DSLR, now suppose on M50 we use full frame lense, option is canon full frame dslr lenses or canon full frame mirrorless lenses,
And can we use the 5d mark iv lenses on Canon Eos RP

But still one question not clear 😢😢. For example i have canon M50, now i am using Canon full frame DSLR lense EF 50mm
f 1.8 on my M50, or i use Canon full frame mirrorless camera lense Rp 50mm f 1.8 on M50, so it mean that i am using full frame DSLR lenses as well as full frame mirrorless lenses

so i need two adaptors, 0r one because i have to fit

Full frame Mirrorless lens on a crop sensor mirrorless body of a same brand does not need a an adaptor.
DSLR lens on a mirrorless body needs adaptor.

NO. All songs have to be under 'fair use'. I have a video explaining fair use.
Example: What if someone creates a tune of 15 seconds and what if everyone is using it?
If it impacts him monetarily, he can claim the money or give a strike..!
Actually I also learn the copyright material is in our video is Not increase More than 30 percent ,when exceed then copyright issue is started ,neither we Not want to fear about when we use less than 30 percent. Tell about this rule...

I have seen people getting copyright claims when uploading a video with a collection of Indian Songs (only audio) and a picture in the thumbnail with the names of the songs. But at the same time, I can see similar videos uploaded in TH-cam by some other TH-cam account holders and those videos are running successfully without any copyright claim.
Why the same type of video is getting copyright claim from one TH-cam account holder and not from the other one?

99% no one earns from such songs.
Unless TH-cam algorithm doesn't recognize or some unique scenarios. Credits doesn't make a bit of a diff for companies as claims is given by TH-cam algorithm not person.

If the music is created by another individual/company, it belongs to them. wether you sing with or without karaoke its their music.
So, you will very likely get a copyright claim but you will very likely not get a copyright strike if you use a famous song.

Why copyright owner take all the earning, they should have given only their share of earnings not all earning of the videos.
