Wow ! Superb cutting , what knife do you use ? For some type of fish like Branzino do you cut on half way through on one side then flip and cut fully from other side ? I am a fish lover but in most places they don’t cut thin it’s just cut into 4 pieces , later it becomes difficult to cut further at home.

where do you get these fishes? which store in US?

Hi Shri good info but I couldn't find any of these fishes in san diego market if you want to buy fresh caught fish from the ocean or lakes. i am looking for something that is not farm raised as well as low mercury content so basically ocean fish or fresh water fish (they both are not treated with antibiotics i believe whereas farm raised ones are). Could you suggest me something from this list here which is good for indian fish kulambu or fry. thanks.

Golden pampano is my favourite.. we will get it in canman foods all over USA.. I loved to make curry and fish fry with it.!! Thanks for sharing other fish info.. we will try them soon..!!

@@ss-ib8gm you should check in Chinese supermarket or grocery store !! U should be able to find Golden pampano for sure !! I love it !! Cheap and best !!

Grouper is lovely..firm and delicious!
Branzino is light in texture and absorb flavours easily!.. i never had the other two..I'm sure stripe bass is similar to branzino...
