    I get these postures while laying down and while im up ,when im standing up i always end up eventually falling down, im currently in the process of getting assessed for a possible chiari malformation.

    Paramedic here. Seen these in real life and it's very scary. From a prehospital POV, decorticate is an early sign of brain stem herniation through the foramen magnum, and decerebrate is a late sign of TBI. Either way this patient is probably getting Keta/Roc and getting tubed.
