As for the Grand Jeu, it is a possibility that Mlle Lenormand designed the cards before her death (and they were published afterwards), but I'm swaying towards them being created by Madame Brèteau, who claimed to be a student of Lenormand and is the assumed author of the Pratiques Secretes book, published in 1845.
