It's SQUID Fishing Time - CATCH and COOK - Fried Battered Squid Rings

It’s squid fishing time the time in Cornwall when there might be a few Squid (Calamari) around so I headed out on the kayak to see if I could catch a few delicious tasty Squid for the table using Squid jigs. The plan was to cook some crispy battered Squid rings and serve with a very simple to do sweet chilli sauce, which goes great with Squid. Bon Appétit.
