I had to change my bad eating habits now I am losing weight the way I was suppose too. As long as you keep eating bad foods the weight will never come off I was in a 3x now in a 1x and by ski I will be ready it took me years to find a weight loss plan that works for me but you must want it your home is beautiful and may god continue to bless you.

Try purée a can of carrots (or frozen) and add to spaghetti sauce for an additional vegetable and natural sweetener. Also try a cup of pure carrot juice

Adding sugar takes away the acidity of the tomatoes for those with acid reflux can enjoy red sauce every now and then. I now try and buy sauce with no sugar, which can be hard to find outside of making your own. Found Whole Foods brand has one and Ragu bought back their no sugar sauce. Keep exercising and I will too. Grab some women's weight gloves next time at Ross, Walmart, etc. Will take away any slippage when holding weights, kettle, etc. From Denver, CO!

That's why it takes you so long!!! Also, that price differential with Instacart -- there is definitely something wrong with that. If you paid $100 flat fee for free delivery over $35 your bill should, like you thought, only be for the amount of your groceries plus tip & maybe tax. What is your tax there in Pa? It just sounds hinkey to me. I would look into that & make sure you didn't get ripped off! Great vid as usual ♥
There is a disclaimer, I think that's what is called...that says food prices are higher on instacart to compensate for the people who shop for your groceries in the store. But like I was telling my husband...I won't use them again because I did some of the math and it's way higher to buy through instacart. Pretty much each item is price about 20 to 40 cents higher. So, if you are trying to save money...instacart is not ideal. My coffee usually is $2.88 at the store but through instacart is $3.15. So 27 cents more and if u buy lots of groceries 20 cents here 20 cents there it adds up fast. I saw Shyvonne due the haul from Aldi's through instacart and I decided to give it a try. But I was not happy with instacart.
